WDI has been a very professional company to work with. I’ve been using their products for 6 years.. Every product I’ve ordered has been produced to specs and manufactured in excellent lead times. Dan and Kyra and their team members are so personable it’s nice to know that there is still businesses that treat everyone with respect no matter how much you buy.
Looking forward to many more years.

We love the WDI trim kits! They allow us to leave every job fully completed with no extra construction or staining hassle for the homeowner. Plus, since they are pre assembled the quality is super consistent. There are so many colors and styles we’ve never had a problem finding a good match for a home.
Universal Windows Direct
We are a Minneapolis based window and door replacement company and have been using WDI jamb and trim kits for approximately 8 years. The product’s finish and attention to detail is 2nd to none. I have yet to have a single complaint on the jamb and trim of our window installations. It’s also a nice time saver so we can be more efficient on the jobsite.
WindowLab has been partnering with WDI for almost 10 years now. The paint and stain finish is always high quality. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. The trim packs save us at least 10-15 minutes per window versus ordering jambs applied from the factory. The adjustability of the trim pack design gives the final appearance an exceptional look.
Easy to Work With! Great Product! Their sales force is knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful throughout our time doing business with their company.
